If you have a question to ask the doctor's office, or just need to make an appointment, you better plan your day around it.
Don't call before 9am.
Don't call during the 2 hour lunch break.
They don't have voice mail; they have an "answering service," which is worse because they'll tell you to just call back at the right time.
Don't call unless you have at least 20 minutes available to be put on hold.
And they don't have an email address! (Apparently technology hasn't caught up with them yet?? How reassuring...)
Man, if it weren't for all the sick people, I swear these places would go out of business!
